Summary
A private programme for one person, built entirely around their working week, with no syllabus at all. The early sessions fix the tools already on their desk and defend their calendar, and the later ones build one tool made for their actual job, tested in real use between the sessions. They finish with their environment fixed for good, their calendar back under control, and a working tool they run on their own.

Clearing the ground
Mail rules that remove the noise, dictation and shortcuts, automatic replies, and draft and custom instructions so the AI writes the way this person writes. Defending the calendar with a bookings page and buffers, following a meeting without accepting it, and focus time colleagues cannot book over.
The build & Ongoing review
Choosing the repeated task worth automating and testing honestly whether AI is the right answer for it. The build, session by session, on their own account and data, with a learning loop that turns their corrections into rules the tool keeps, and a review of what broke and what they stopped using.
