Training, audits, automation
An independent AI training, audit and automation agency
Voice of Business is an independent AI training, audit and automation agency working with SME and Enterprise organisations across Europe.
What is delivered
Who we are
Three services, and nothing else
Voice of Business is an independent AI training, audit and automation agency. We train people to use AI in the work they already do, we audit the AI systems organisations have already put in, and we build the automation an audit establishes is worth building. That is the whole business, and we do not sell software.
Our experience
What we do
A path, not a menu
Three services, in order: a paid engagement that proves us, leading to a longer-term partnership, so there is always a next step rather than a menu.
01
AI Training
We run core AI courses and bespoke in-house programmes, from a leadership briefing for the people who decide, through all-staff foundations, to advanced sessions on agents for the people who will build and run them. Obligations under the EU AI Act and GDPR are built into the foundational programmes rather than sold on as a separate compliance module.

02
AI Audit
An audit maps how the work is done now, documents where decisions and data actually sit, and separates the processes worth automating from the ones that should be left alone. You receive a prioritised roadmap and a clear position on compliance, described in what you get rather than in what it costs.
How we audit
03
AI Automation
AI and automation systems developed after an audit has established which workflow is worth building. Oversight, logging, escalation and the point at which a person takes over are designed into the build rather than added once something has gone wrong. Scaling happens one proven workflow at a time, and your side names an internal owner for each one that goes live, so what you are left with is workflows in production, documentation the organisation owns, and staff trained to run and change what was built.

Why work with us
Who this actually fits
Service-based organisations of roughly 50 to 500 people, with structured teams in support, operations, administration and sales. Process-heavy, carrying a high operational cost base, already running on a CRM and a mainstream office suite, and without a structured AI strategy yet. Finance, legal and compliance, recruitment and HR, professional services, and support-heavy businesses are where this work lands hardest. We describe the organisations we work with by segment, SME or Enterprise, and by sector. We do not publish client names.
AI training usually comes first
AI training is the smaller decision and the faster one. It is also the more honest diagnostic. A room full of your own staff, working on their own tasks for two half-days, will show you where the repetitive work sits more accurately than any questionnaire. Organisations that start with training arrive at an audit already knowing which processes they want examined.
One methodology, not a menu
We run one methodology rather than a menu of named services, because the first job on every engagement is the same: find out what is really happening before anything is changed. Scope is agreed in a conversation.
How we teach it
We do not teach AI from a textbook. We teach it from years of building and running automation, optimisation and IT operations at scale. The sessions are delivered by practitioners who run these systems daily, not by educators working from slides, which is why the examples are real deployments rather than tidy hypotheticals.
What we are not
We are not a software vendor and we do not resell licences. We are not a general consultancy. We do not run one-off awareness events with no follow-on, because a workforce that was told about AI once behaves exactly like a workforce that was told nothing.
