A look at the other leading chatbots, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Mistral, Grok and DeepSeek, and what each one is good at. How to stay safe when you work with AI tools outside your own organisation.
ChatGPT Enterprise
What ChatGPT Enterprise is, why an organisation chooses it, and where its limits are. The models available to you, and a guided tour of the interface.
Prompting
Prompting styles and types, how to prevent hallucinations, and practical examples of prompts that make everyday work faster.
One-time Prompts
Quick wins for single tasks: summarising a text, writing a new one, formatting, turning notes into structured text, and rewriting for a different reader.
Content Creation
