Summary
The next step after Gen AI 1, moving from the foundations to real fluency with the newest AI tools and with agents. The first session works through tools you can use straight away, from presentations and Excel to vibe coding and research, and the second moves into personalisation, agents and the no-code tools that run them. You finish knowing which tool to pick for which job, with a working understanding of agents and a roadmap for where to take them next.
Course breakdown
Decision Framework
How to choose the right tool for a task, shown through multi-tool post creation, persona-based summaries and other applications of generative AI tools.
Presentation Creation
Posters and advertising material, analysing an existing PowerPoint deck, and building a new one with AI.
Excel and Generative AI
Gemini and Claude at work in Excel: its main functions, improving a table and building a KPI dashboard.
Tools & Connectors
Connecting AI to your calendar and inbox, from calendar communication to triaging incoming email.
Vibe coding
Building small working things without traditional development, with Claude Code and Artifacts, a job detail page and an interactive game. The risks and how to mitigate them, and why you still need to understand what was built.
Research
A research assistant and a cross-checker, notebooks for multi-report analysis, a meeting-log notebook and the AI Ideas Lab.
AI Agents and Chatbots
The difference between a chatbot and an agent and which one to pick, with Gemini, Mistral and simulator agents, a personal calendar administrator and other ways agents are used.
AI Agents with Memory
Building databases with AI, a prompt library agent, and ideas for taking a prompt library further.
No-Code Tool environment
Building agents without code in N8N and Zapier, with a customer support chatbot and a sales assistant as examples.
What you leave with
After the course, you'll be able to:
- Choose between a multimodal model and a specialised one for a given job across video, image and voice
- Bring AI into the apps already on your desk, including a working vibe-coded prototype
- Say what makes something an agent rather than a chatbot, with hands-on Agent Mode, custom GPTs, MCP and APIs
