Recurring 1 Hour Drop-In Sessions (online, one person or a whole group)
The open door that runs alongside a course: nobody presents, people bring whatever they are stuck on.
Summary:
A flexible support session rather than a lesson. Nobody stands at the front: participants bring their own task, workflow, question or half-built agent, and get help with it there and then. It works as the open door beside a running course, the place for the question somebody never got the chance to raise, and it is fed by the same feedback form the courses use, so the tasks staff name are the things actually built with them in the room. It suits anyone with something they want to make easier, and being stuck is the best possible reason to come. It runs for one person or for a full group, so nothing is wasted if only two people turn up.
Course Breakdown:
- Bring your own task, workflow, question or agent idea
- Help with prompts
- Help with workflows
- Help with agent design
- Support on anything from earlier sessions that did not land the first time
- Guided coaching for people who are stuck partway through building something
- Building the use cases named in the feedback form, with the person who named them
- Open to one person, a pair, or a whole group
Outcome:
Participants leave with the specific thing they were stuck on actually working, rather than a general understanding they have to apply later on their own. For the organisation it is the cheapest way to keep momentum after a course, it surfaces what staff are genuinely trying to build, and it reaches the people who would never book a workshop but will happily bring one problem.
