Can AI choose the Best job candidate from CVs?
No. AI can filter out unqualified applicants, but it should never make the final pick. Beyond your stated criteria, it invents its own from its training data, and that is where bias shows, for example filtering out women or people from poorer areas. If you have full criteria, a form or code applies them correctly every time.

The main framework is the EU AI Act, with GDPR covering any personal data you put into AI tools. Many organisations add their own rules on top, especially about which tools are approved for work data. Can I use AI-generated Images for work?
