Somangsu has worked across The Voice of AI, FlowHunt and Quality Unit since 2023, and now delivers the generative AI and Copilot programmes as an AI Trainer. He brings a technical background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps and Python-based AI automation, and works on AI-powered and AI-assisted projects, including a log-monitoring platform with automated incident detection and an evidence-analysis pipeline built on a locally hosted AI model. He applies that hands-on grounding to explaining AI clearly to a room that has never opened the tool before.
