Leads the team in designing and delivering AI workflows and automation solutions, translating audit findings into practical projects. Coordinates technical expertise across the team, guiding how agents, tools and human oversight fit into existing processes to improve efficiency and deliver measurable business value.

AI Audit

Leads the audit team from initial discovery and process analysis through to prioritised recommendations and a costed implementation roadmap. Coordinates reviews of AI opportunities, risks and data handling, helping clients align adoption with organisational governance, GDPR and applicable EU AI Act requirements.
